In the simplest terms possible, your goal is to attain the rank of DTL (Diamond Team Leader). The requirements to be a DTL are:
- 1500 VersaPoints from sales and/or purchases (monthly)
- Develop and maintain 3 PTLs (Platinum Team Leaders)
That's it!
Let's now review the steps on your way to DTL:

STEP ONE
Advance to the rank of EA (Executive Affiliate)
Qualifications (monthly):
1500 VP (any combination of VersaPoints from your To Do List)
As an Executive Affiliate, you'll automatically qualify to receive 10 new CSAs monthly and begin earning at least 1,500 shares of the Executive Pool...Additionally, you have unlimited 50% CV Direct Commissions available to you to further increase your income, plus 50 bonus Rewardicals, 10 bonus TCredits each month, and more!

STEP TWO
Advance to the rank of BTL (Bronze Team Leader)
Qualifications (monthly):
3000 VP (minimum 1500 VP from sales/purchases)
(3) PSAs
Example for achieving the necessary 3000 VP to be a BTL:
1500 VP from any combination of sales and/or personal purchases
1200 VP from any combination of daily/weekly/monthly free actions and other activities like auction bidding, Eager Zebra game plays, etc. from the To-Do List
300 VP for developing 3 EAs on your first level (earn 100 VP each for your support of 3 EAs, as shown in diagram)
As a BronzeTeam Leader, you can earn Matching VP in the Executive Pool on points earned in your downline through 2 generations + on all your EA CSAs. Additionally, you have unlimited 50% CV Direct Commissionsavailable to you to further increase your income, plus 12 new CSAs monthly, 60 bonus Rewardicals, 12 bonus TCredits each month, and more. STEP THREE
Advance to the rank of STL (Silver Team Leader)
Qualifications (monthly):
4000 VP (min. 1500 VP from sales/purchases)

600 VP for developing 3 BTLs on your first level (earn 200 VP each for your support of 3 BTLs, as shown in diagram)
As a Silver Team Leader, you can earn Matching VP in the Executive Pool on points earned in your downline through 4 generations + on all your EA CSAs. Additionally, you have unlimited Direct Commissions available to you to further increase your income, plus 14 new CSAs monthly, 70 bonus Rewardicals, 14 bonus TCredits each month, and more. STEP FOUR
Advance to the rank of GTL (Gold Team Leader)
Qualifications (monthly):
5000 VP (min. 1500 VP from sales/purchases)

As a Gold Team Leader, you can earn Matching VP in the Executive Pool on points earned in your downline through 8 generations + on all your EA CSAs. Additionally, you have unlimited Direct Commissions available to you to further increase your income, plus 16 new CSAs monthly, 80 bonus Rewardicals, 16 bonus TCredits each month, and more. STEP FIVE
Advance to the rank of PTL (Platinum Team Leader)
Qualifications (monthly):
6000 VP (min. 1500 VP from sales/purchases)
